is waterproofing needed?
We apply waterproof coating as a solution for leakage, as prevention for future leakage, or simply as building requirement. Application can be done within as fast as few hours per area, based on the total area given. Application has minimum disruption to each premises, allowing users to follow their daily activity without issue.

Spotting the leakage with devices & manual tools.
Step 2. Washing
Removing oil and visible dirt before coating application.
Step 3. Coating
Applying waterproofing
solution to top surface.
Step 4. Grouting
Cover up visible gaps with waterproof grouting mixture.
Step 5. Drying
Drying process take 30 mins, avoid washing for next 6 hr.

What should I prepare before the service?Please clear the surrounding areas for our team to be able to access the aircon, at least 1 meter gap. We will also need to access one of your bathroom to wash some of aircon parts.

I have not cleaned aircon for long time, hence I am not sure what service I should book. Will your staffs take a look & give suggestions?Yes, we will. After do some inspection, we will advise what kind of services that are suitable for your aircon system.

Do you do troubleshooting?Yes, we do. We will not charge any troubleshooting fee if there are services to do with the aircon system in your unit.

How long will the aircon servicing session take?It will take around 1 to 2 hours, depends on how extensive the work is.

How often should I engage Cleaning Papa for aircon servicing?We recommend you to service your aircon at least 3 to 4 times in a year. We do provide annual services in packages, which is 4x per year.
